This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

For the first time in over 17 years working at my school district, I was asked to also teach elementary P.E. This is new for me as a teacher. I have always been the middle school science/P.E. teacher, but the need was there this year and I was more than excited to fill that need. The issue is that I don't have a lot of the exciting games that my students would enjoy or haven't played before. The games that I am requesting will help add fun and engaging activities for the students. The playing run mats will help promote teamwork and coordination and the potato sacks will promote healthy and active play.

Students need fun and engaging activities to get the sweat rolling!

Through your support my students will be begging to play these new games. I am not able to always provide this extra equipment due to our P.E. budget. This doesn't mean they should miss out! Thanks for supporting our small rural school.
