Our school is located in North Philadelphia. My classroom consists of 32 4th grade students. Of those 32, majority of my students are English learners. They all have a think win-win attitude and do their personal best to contribute to our classroom community. They are always willing and eager to learn and try new things. Unfortunately they come from a low income household so they are not always able to have the financial support they would like for their school/classroom supplies.
This whiteboard stand will help with providing my students with anchor charts and examples for their work. My students and I like to create anchor charts to help remind and guide them as they are doing their work. As of now, we are creating our anchor charts and example by taping a piece of paper to the door.
Students really benefit from small group instruction.
This whiteboard stand will also help with facilitating small group instruction. With this whiteboard stand I can teach my students in a small group setting. This white board can help the students and I work together by showing examples on an enlarged board.
