My Students

I teach average of 20 kids each school year. This upcoming school year I am teaching kindergarten and transferring to a new school. I am coming from a Title I school and transferring to a Title I school so I am familiar with the needs of the students at these schools. These students need to be engaged in all aspects of the day with lots of student choice available. The school also has a high free and reduced lunch percentage.

My Project

When I transferred to my new school I left my old worn out and donated whiteboards. I was hoping after someone had graciously donated them to me when I first started teaching that maybe someone would find them useful in the beginning of their teaching career. However since I donated my very gently used whiteboards to the teacher who will be taking over my old classroom I now am at a loss and desperately need some whiteboards. I use these ALL day long. Reading, math, small group, centers and so on. Please help me get a class set of whiteboards!
