My students need a white board to draw both permanent and deciduous teeth. They will also color code the different sets of teeth, using the white board background.
We are a career and tech comprehensive high school. Also, we are an inner city public school with low income students. I teach 11th and 12th grade dental assisting students.
The chalkboards in my classroom are 30 years old. The writing surfaces are damaged beyond repair. Therefore with your help I can replace them. Due to the surface of the chalkboard, it is too difficult to draw.
My students are visual and hands on learners, therefore this would allow me and them to impart information to one another. Students will work in groups at the white board color coding, drawing, and learning the differences between the two different sets of teeth.
We are an economically disadvantaged school district so any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
DonorsChoose makes it easy for anyone to help a classroom in need. Public school teachers from every corner of America create classroom project requests, and you can give any amount to the project that inspires you.
