My Students

Our school is full of dedicated teachers who go to work everyday doing their best to educate a diverse group of students. I would describe the student population as...

Curious, creative, enthusiastic, and eager to seek new ways to learn.

The students are fearless when it comes to taking risks and would love to begin a music program focusing on playing guitar. They currently do not have a music program outside of singing karaoke. I teach in a public elementary school as a P.E. teacher and I teach near 400 students per week. As a teacher specialist, I try and provide students with skills not typically found in a classroom.

My school currently has 5 child-sized guitars and I would like to add 5 more guitars to provide enough instruments for a small music program. There is currently no music program for our kids and with your help, they could start the 2019 school year with the joy of playing music. The kids currently do not have this opportunity and have expressed a lot of interest. You could help make this possible!
