My Students

We are a classroom of special needs students. These students are far below grade level and are eager to reach their full potential. My students may not be able to learn in a traditional manner and need assistance and modifications to help them succeed.

My students don't always thrive in the larger general education classroom, but our resource room has the potential to help them excel with the right materials.

Because we are a resource room class, we are in the same room all day and will use the supplies on a regular basis.

My Project

This year, I will be in a new classroom, and there is not a lot of storage currently in the room. The tall storage cabinet will allow us to store items behind closed doors until they are needed, while using vertical space in the classroom. The doors would also be able to have a lock attached if needed to secure items. The 4 tier cart will be used to hold our printer as well as needed supplies for our printing projects. This cart can easily be rolled away somewhere if we need the extra room for an activity as well.
