My Students

My classroom is changing next year. I will be the gifted and talented teacher for first through fifth grades. My students have been identified as gifted and talented, and the time I spend with them really needs to show their interests and skills. They are a hardworking, caring, and motivated group that will be thrilled with any contribution to our learning success.​

Each student brings their own style to my classroom.

They express themselves in many different ways. I love to teach creatively to capture a student's willingness to learn. Once you get hold of a student's attention, the possibilities are endless.

My Project

We need a t-shirt press to put letters on our shirts for our upcoming Reading Bowl Competition. Students love to create t-shirts to go with all of their projects, and with the Cricut T-Shirt press, students will gain more independence. While the teacher will still keep a close eye on them, this is such a safer alternative than the traditional iron. We also need heat transfer vinyl to help each student design and cut their own names to really stand out.

Our team have been reading books and practicing each week and with these supplies,​ we can achieve our goals!
