Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My classroom has 25 students and they attend a Title 1 School where a majority of the families in our school are economically disadvantaged and resources can be hard to acquire. Despite their circumstances, my students are eager to learn and be successful in all ways possible. To help them be successful in their endeavors, I make it my mission to look for any tools that make their learning fun and more accessible so that all students feel that their needs are met. I truly believe that my students benefit from the use of technology and the differentiated learning experiences that are offered each and every day.
These kids are truly deserving of technology in the classroom that enhances their ability to learn and be successful.

My Project
My primary goal in the classroom is providing students with the devices that enable them to succeed. These headphones are definitely assistive devices that will allow students to be more productive and successful when working in a classroom where there are many different learning modes being used.
Students will be able to use our noise cancelling headphones to concentrate on what they are working on no matter the activity, be it technology, independent reading or center activities.
With the help of these noise cancelling headphones, students in my classroom will be able to avoid distractions and focus on their learning and therefore be more successful in their studies.
