Help me give my students an intuitive view of elapsed​ time and empower them to successfully and independently manage their own time with timers that will give my students the visual support and structure they love.

My Students

My students are part of a life skills and autism program at an elementary school located in Maine. We serve approximately 510 preschool through grade six students. Most of these students are disadvantaged and come from low socioeconomic families. Some are even homeless. 100% of our students receive free lunch and breakfast.

My students are learning skills for daily living like using the bathroom, washing and folding laundry, cooking and cleaning.

They are also learning all academics; reading, writing, math, science and social studies.

My Project

My students with Autism and other special needs really thrive on high structure and visual supports. These time timers provide both!

Time timers can be used throughout the day for any activity!

Students can relax being able to easily see how much time they have left or how much time until the next activity.

There are no buttons to push or loud continuous beeps with these timers. Students easily slide the dial to the desired time and watch the time pass. They can be set to sound a single tone or no tone at all and in a busy classroom,​ this is incredibly helpful!
