Help me give my students this outbreak learning aid. Who knows you might be helping a future scientist or doctor!

My students are creative and very inquisitive! They love hands-on engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box! They come to school ready to learn and begin new challenges.
Our school is a Title 1 school with the majority of my students at or below the poverty level and because of this, they struggle to have supplies for school.
The students in my classroom love to learn and for some, this is the one place they can truly be who they are. Even though some of my students have different method's in which they learn they always try to do their best. I have to use a variety of learning techniques like small and large group work, and other learning options to ensure that I meet the needs of each student in my class.
My students truly are a great group of kids, I am extremely lucky as well as thankful to have the opportunity to have them in my class. I can't express how thankful I am to have the joy of being a part of their life and learning.
I plan to use this as a week-long project-based learning experience for my student's in ELA. I plan to have them first write about how they plan to create the anti-virus. Then I will have them use the kit to solve the problem and create the anti-virus all while they write each step down so they can document how they did it. Finally, I will have them discuss how they accomplished the task, what they liked and disliked about it.
I truly think this will be an amazing learning experience for my students and one that they will remember for a lifetime.
