This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students struggle to learn to write. Most of my class receives occupational therapy services due to delayed fine and motor skills. These LED writing boards will be an exciting and engaging way for them to begin learning the appropriate letter formation as well as writing words. They can practice drawing so that they can add illustrations to their work. The hole punchers are an amazing way for them to improve the small muscles in their hands. The improvement in their muscles will benefit them in their writing. The books that I chose are engaging stories to encourage the young writers in each of them. I want them to know that they can do it!
