Wet wipes, Tissues, and Towels Keep the Icky Germs Away!

My Project

Every winter time, we are more vulnerable to being sick and miss some time from class. It is inevitable that someone in class would have little sniffles.

In order to alleviate spreading more and more germs in class, it is important that our surface areas are kept cleaned and sanitized.

In my classroom children are trained to washed their hands before and after eating, before and after going to the bathroom, and we reserve some time in our day to clean our desk tops and we refrain from using other peoples' supplies.

Students are aware that we need to keep all of our own materials and avoid sharing them with each other. We will need these supplies to continue to have a safe classroom, and contain as much as we can, some germs that cause illness. And by having these items on hand, we can minimize absences from school and will help kids be more attentive when they are not feeling sick or icky.

The goal for this project is to do my part in keeping the kids healthy in my class while they are in my care. I know I need more of other things to ensure my students are healthy, but keeping them in an environment where it is clean and somewhat sanitized will definitely help with their health.
