My Project
As the math teacher for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders in my elementary school, I understand the need for students to have a solid foundation of money concepts.
We are requesting a Viz-Pro magnetic easel, Post-It sticky easel pads, and a magnetic money set which would allow us to practice our money skills.
The lightweight easel can be used at the front of the class for whole group instruction and practice with the magnetic money, or it can be taken to our student work area for practice with small groups or partners. The easel pads would be perfect for our class-generated anchor charts to help us master money identification and concepts. I'd love to bring these resources to my students to help them become better prepared for their financial futures.
