My Project

My students thrive best with active, hands-on learning experiences, and their favorite activities are those that allow them to peer into worlds beyond what they can easily see in their everyday lives.

I'd love to inspire them with binoculars, to see the gorgeous details of birds' plumage and to watch the fascinating (and sometimes funny) behavior of our feathered friends.

Watching birds eat insects, pollinate flowers, and disperse seeds will also help students glimpse the importance of their role in the ecosystem. This will help inspire students to protect birds & restore their habitats!
