My Students

My students are fifth graders who have demonstrated a love of learning. Reading and writing happen daily within our classroom. Students read independently, with a partner, or with a small book group. Writing happens before, during, and after reading as appropriate for the lesson.

They are inquisitive and determined.

The excitement that shines within each student shows in different ways, whether they are discovering something on their own or experience an "I got it" moment. I am truly fortunate to have a group of students who want to collaborate and share with others.

My Project

The earbuds will help the students learn and be engaged in interactive lessons in Language Arts and Social Studies both at home and in school. With the current health situation students cannot share materials, this project will give each student their own set of earbuds to use.

The earbuds will help students to stay focused and more engaged in their learning.

These will be so helpful for students when learning both in person and at home. Students will be required to use computer programs with sound both in school and when learning from home.
