I teach an eager group of students with a thirst for knowledge.
Each day they walk into class looking forward to a new educational adventure.
My students are a very energetic and inquiring bunch, and they love to use all of the resources provided to them in our classroom.
I have a class of 19 third grade students in a rural, Title I school. My students love having a place to call home when at school as some of them don't get that luxury at their own home.
The LEGO Education WeDo 2.0 Core Set provides a hands-on STEM solution that combines the LEGO brick, classroom-friendly software, engaging standards-based projects and a discovery-based approach.
Students in my class will be provided an innovative way to model reality, conduct investigations, and use design skills.
LEGO Education provides a curriculum that delivers key science content to second through fourth grade students including life, physical, earth and space sciences, and engineering. Continuing with the aspects of STEM, programming is an important part of 21st century learning and the WeDo 2.0 software teaches programming in an intuitive way.
I can already hear the excitement from my students! Receiving these hands-on STEM sets will provide opportunities for my students that they will not otherwise have available to them.
