This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Books are needed for everyone especially children to help foster their love of reading. One big love of mine is to make sure that all my students get as many new books as they can for their home library. I have had many parents this year tell me that they don’t have a lot of books at home.

Giving students books to read helps strengthen their love for reading and their relationships with their families by making sure that they can read with them at home.

These books would help make the holidays just a little warmer for them.
