My Students

Our courageous inner-city children grow through opportunity. Our students are industrious, intelligent, thoughtful, and energetic. Our children need the opportunity to shine and to flourish through hands-on experiences.

Our families are committed to supporting our growing and developing students.

Our students participate in large and whole-group activities that help them learn and grow. These enhance reading skills, problem-solving, creativity, and ideas. We need to seek out ways to preserve their beautiful projects and their work.

Creative play provides opportunities for children to extend the language gained from stories. We want to provide play tools to make school a rich social community.

My Project

My children need well organized and safe play spaces. Some of the furniture is broken and worn. My students need to safely access and move within the classroom.

The children are precious!

Each child needs to learn to access and to play with learning toys. An important routine is to take things out and to put them away. This organizes and provides closure to each day.

New safe shelves will help to provide appropriate activities. This is so we can store our materials and tools, which are a part of learning.
