My Project

All of my students like to build! It is their favorite thing to do. They are constantly asking me to take pictures of their creations to send to their parents! I will include the building materials in their favorite center blocks.

The different STEAM Kits with schematics to follow will help them learn to follow directions but still use their imaginations!

We have also been talking about diversity. We read a book and watched a short movie about Martin Luther King Jr. and his dream. As a rural school, the children are not exposed to many different minorities. I hope the different doll families will help them learn that we can all play, live, and learn together.
