My Students

My students attend a Title 1 school. They are a loving group of students.

They are very eager to learn.

They all like to read, look at picture books and draw. They especially like to learn what connects with them in their home environment.

My Project

With this new set of classroom library books and beanbag seating, it will encourage my students to want to read more. It will also add an excellent new center to my classroom. With being a new teacher, my classroom does not yet have a reading corner or a classroom set of library books. I think with a set of beanbags and new books, my students will be encouraged to read and want to be in that center. I like the idea of how they can veg out in the new center and enjoy our books. I would like to make this happen for our future leaders of America.
