My students need hands on STEM centers such as Magnet Discovery Centers, STEM Science Station, and Lakeshore Measurement Centers.
This project expired on August 20, 2014.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
We get to do science today?!? I love hearing my students get excited about science activities.
I teach 16 sweet kindergarteners in a high poverty school.
Sadly, the main focus is on math and reading and we do not have much time to do science. The students love to do science experiments. Worksheets do not work for kindergarteners. They love to do hands on activities!
The materials I am requesting will be used during center time to have hands on experiments. They will be able to play with magnets to see what is magnetic. They will also be able to do different activities using measurement. The students will love these materials and will be able to learn while having fun!
With your donation, you can make a difference in many kids.
These materials will be used for many years to come. Please help us bring science to life in our classroom. Thank you for caring for children you do not even know.
