My Students

I have an amazing group of fourth and fifth grade students who work really hard learning their various instruments. I love how dedicated and excited they are to learn and play music.

Students at our school are exposed to the Wonderfull World of Instrumental Music from transitional kindergarten all the way through to fifth grade.

Every student in the school gets to come, see, hear, and sometimes participate as the Bands and Orchestra perform at various times during the school year.

I love being able to share the joy of music with our whole community.

My Project

My students are always so very excited to come to music class. They arrive eager and ready to learn how to play their instruments. Many of our current music stands are over 25 years old. Some no longer work properly.

Receiving a box of 6 brand new music stands will help build confidence and reduce in class frustration when some student's music is constantly falling off broken music stands.

These brand new stands will also allow student's to increase their note reading fluency while at the same time being more engaged in the lesson. We can not play without good quality stands to hold our music.
