My students are four-year-old children who enter the classroom each school day full of wonder, excitement, and curiosity! They come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, but they have in common the desire to explore and to discover.
The young children who attend my preschool are given opportunities to learn academic, social, and leadership skills.
These skills will serve as the foundation of their education. It is amazing to facilitate these students as they grow and become lifelong learners!
My Project
Play is the work of a young child! The materials in this project will provide quality play opportunities for my early learners.
I watch as my students make connections, become curious and explore the world around them in our classroom learning centers.
The kids will use problem solving skills as they explore magnets and complete tangram puzzles. A hop scotch rug will provide balance and movement exploration in the classroom. Play Dough mats strengthen fine motor skills that are necessary for writing. Social skills are built as children explore together. Having quality learning centers will build the foundation that preschool students need.
