Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

Now that the summer has begun, as I reminisce about what was accomplished throughout the year, wow, did we do a lot of things. Between becoming good writers, coloring, cutting, and pasting, we were quite busy all year. Hello, I teach Kindergarten and the activities mentioned above are skills that are done frequently throughout each school day. These are skills that need to be mastered in order to become a productive student. My proposal refers to the materials needed to accomplish each task. Even though supplies are brought both by myself and parents in September to start the academic year, parents don't realize how fast the supplies get used up. I end up having to replenish all the pencils, crayons, and glue sticks about two-to-three times throughout the year. The scissors are rusty or don't cut (they were there before I came). So, I am asking for a small donation of supplies that can help to keep our supplies plentiful throughout the school year. I would rather worry and focus more on the students needs than on supplies. Your generosity no matter how small will be greatly appreciated by me and my students. Thank you for helping our class fill their room with supplies that will definitely be used daily. Bless you for helping us.
