Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students come to school ready and eager to learn every day. They are creative and passionate about learning in any way they can. They are learning to be good digital citizens.
Through critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity, we are developing their skills for the future.
My students are so unique and insightful. They have different ways of viewing the world and they know how they want and need to learn. In this class, we build a community around what we have in common and our shared experiences. My students find new ways to demonstrate their learning with every chance they get.
My Project
My students are a diverse group of learners, but many of them need movement in order to allow them to focus. I am working on creating comfortable seating options throughout the classroom to allow students the options to sit and learn wherever they chose.
The Zenergy ball seats allows us to sit and focus while having the flexible seating option.
These seats will give my students the comfort they are wanting and needing in order to learn.
The level of excitement and motivation in my room is sure to increase as my students have the opportunity to free themselves from the typical classroom seating.
