A typical day in my classroom is full of learning with centers. We love to sit on the floor and learn in groups. Some students like to listen to books while I am teaching a Language Arts lesson and others are working on independent assignments or finishing up their math.
My students are very creative.
They are always looking for more opportunities to be challenged. The class loves hands on activities and learning games to use when their work is complete. They also love to have a variety of activities they can choose from each day to enhance their learning.
My Project
My students need a variety of young learning tools. I have centers in my class where students participate in a listening center. In this center each child has a book they listen to individually.These CD's I am requesting will help students with tracking the words, vocabulary, and concepts of prints. I am also requesting geometric blocks, math games, and seat cushions for centers.
I need hands-on learning for my centers.
Some of my students need additional help when learning common core math or reading. Using math games will only benefit the student and enhance their learning needs.
