Mr. Sieminski from Cambria Heights NY is requesting classroom basics through DonorsChoose, the most trusted classroom funding site for teachers.
Help me give my students diploma frames, goal foil certificate covers, graduate medals, and party supplies.

My students are imaginative and fun-loving kids. They come from low-income households and have not had much experience with the world outside their small community. Despite the hardships they are facing with school being closed, they deserve a wonderful graduation!
My students will benefit from the items listed by giving them the supplies in order to help them celebrate their hard work and determination and place smiles that are much needed on their faces during this time.
My students do not have the opportunity in most cases to not being able to interact with each other. This funded project on graduation day will truly connect them to each other and surprise them during this pandemic. Their current distance learning is that they are home by themselves or with their immediate family and not able so socialize with their peers and fellow future graduates.
Every year my school does a graduation ceremony with a keynote speaker and it's a time to celebrate the hard work and dedication the students at my school demonstrate through their years. This year is so very unreal and different to say the least. The students deserve to be celebrated in some way. They need to have a memorable positive experience that they can remember throughout their lifetime. This project would assist them in creating smiles for not only my school community, but the students and their families. Graduation is supposed to be a time of reflection and celebrating the good times. This graduation class has gone through so much and they are not going to be able to socialize as much as they should be doing their senior year. Please help anyway you can! My team is also reaching out for some keynote speakers to be able to deliver an address to the class.
