Help me give my students two Chromebooks to use in class to research, type assignments, job search, and to use as an online textbook.

My students come from challenging environments where aggression is often the answer to many problems. Some of my students have home, community, and other issues. Some of them have trouble interacting appropriately with one another, teachers, and administrators. These students have sometimes gone through some type of trauma, a divorce, or been the victims of abuse or neglect. Our district receives 100% free lunch for all students.
My students come from high crime and poverty-stricken areas.
Basic necessities are not often a given. My students often feel as if no one notices them or acknowledges their positive behavior - only the negative. My students need multiple opportunities to learn and be successful in many different exploratory, fun, discoverable, challenging ways.
The students in my school are mostly from low income families but they are willing to work hard, except a challenge, and are dedicated to doing what it take academically to be successful. The Chromebooks will help the students in my school become more competitive with students in other schools in our district and in neighboring districts.
Our students use Chromebooks to take state test and some of the local colleges require them to use computer for some of their class.
By using them daily in the classroom for resource purposes and to complete assignments and tests in class, the students will be more opt to perform well on their state tests and in college. Technology is the key to our student success future and it is our job to help prepare them for what lies ahead.
