Help me give my students access to this classic work of American Literature, The Great Gatsby.

The students at our high school are some of the best and brightest that the city of St. Louis has to offer. They are all intrinsically motivated to excel academically and to further their education and become the next generation of leaders, creators, and innovators. The students on the debate team have chosen to take on extra academic work on top of an already rigorous curriculum to build the skills to become future leaders. My goal is to grow them into well-rounded citizens with an appreciation for language, arts and beauty in addition to building the concrete skills that they will need to succeed in college and career.
I teach American Literature to a gifted, magnet school class of 100 Sophomores in urban St. Louis. While I am certainly dedicated to offering them access to texts that connect with their daily experience, it is equally as valuable to acquaint them with the classics of American Literature so that they can understand the importance of American literary tradition.
With your help, I can give each and every one of my students a copy of , The Great Gatsby, this seminal 20th century novel.
We have a limited budget for books, and, over the years, attrition has caused our supply of novels to dwindle. This year several of my students without reliable access to ebooks or audiobooks have not been able to acquire a copy of this novel. Your help is crucial to their ability to access this classic of American Literature.
