Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are hard working and excited learners. My students have grown so much in the time we have been together. Every morning they come in excited to be at school and ready to learn. They are 7 and 8 year olds who are growing as readers every single day. They love reading and they love new books.
My heart is in education and I love getting to help shape the minds of my students.
My students are second graders and love coming to school everyday.
They will be so appreciative of this donation to our classroom.
My Project
We are learning all about fairy tales, folktales, and fables in Ms. Brown's second grade class. We need a wide variety of text to study. We would love to be able to compare and contrast different versions of many fairy tales. In this project we chose several different versions of Cinderella, Goldilocks, The Three Little Pigs, and a few others.
Many of my students right now keep asking me for more fairy tale books.
I would love for them to be able to read these books and enjoy them!
