This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are very motivated and love to read. We are a NEU school, which means No excuses University. We motivate students from kindergarten and on to always have a plan after high school. We are from a small farm and rural community and we like to have these opportunities to help our students prepare for a better future.

My students come from all different backgrounds but all have positive spirits in common and want to better themselves every day.

My Project

We have some new PE and Recess equipment but we do not have anything to transport it with.

By having the wagon that is in this project, we will be able to store our equipment and transport it as well.

We are also doing state PE testing as part of the 5th grade requirement. We do a timed mile. The timers that are in this project will help us time each other for our practice mile. The more practice the students get, the better their time will be when we do the actual test. This will be very helpful for my students.
