This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
I work as a special education teacher in a low-income, high-poverty school district. My students are faced with numerous challenges both in and out of the classroom. I have the privilege to teach from grades kindergarten through fifth. I try to provide my students with all the necessities in the class.
My students love to laugh and tell jokes to one another and start laughing before they even tell the punchline and then you can hear an echo of laughter ring throughout the classroom.
My students work super hard and are excited to learn!
My Project
I work with the of thirteen children grades kindergarten through five many of whom are autistic. With the move to have technology integrated into the classroom across the curriculum, there has become the need to have headphones in our classroom for everyday use.
These requested Headphones will allow my students to focus in class and block out all the unwanted noise.
The headphones are also indestructible and will be able to last throughout the school year and the year after that.
Please help our children with your donation and help to purchase these headphones. Thank you for your support.
