Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Most of our students come from homes and communities that are economically disadvantaged. I enjoy my job and want to do an effective job of getting my students to learn but lack the necessary resources. In order to have successful students, I am advocating for funds and materials that will help them be innovative and become equipped with the tools they need to succeed. Any materials that you can donate that are kid-friendly I can pass on to my students would be greatly appreciated. My students are awesome and eager to learn. They should be given every opportunity to continue learning in order to compete. My students need headphones. Students can learn and progress to their fullest potential if they are provided the needed materials. Thank you for giving our students the needed materials to help foster their learning.

My Project

Our students are eager to learn. We need headphones that will be accessible for each student to have for their own personal use at school as sharing is not allowed. Students still do most of their work virtually, so having headphones will be vital to their academic success. Headphones will help each child to concentrate more during virtual learning because it will help to cancel out other noises. They also need them when they take their computerized state assessments. Please give us some headphones to use for virtual learning sessions.
