We Need Headphones and a Pencil Sharpener!

Help me give my students headphones and an electric pencil sharpener. Headphones will help them focus and a decent pencil sharpener is something we have been needing for a long time!

My Students

I teach one class of sixth grade and three classes of eighth grade science. My students are in regular classes and many come from backgrounds where they don't have a lot of money. Some of my students struggle with too much noise and would really benefit from headphones!

My students want to succeed just like all other students.

And I want to help provide them with the education and materials they need to succeed. They are sweet and eager to learn and deserve every opportunity to succeed.

My Project

My students are provided with Chromebooks from the district. They are not provided with headphones. Several of my students can't afford to buy their own headphones. A lot of our work depends on them being able to use their headphones. We use Chromebooks for many projects and assignments. There are so many tools that can be used with technology that help my students learn. I hope that we can provide them with a class set of headphones that my classes can all share. This will take it one step further so my students can focus better in the class when they are doing work.

Many of my students are sweet and want to succeed.

I want to provide them with every chance and opportunity I can to make sure they are able to succeed.
