My Students

Communication with families is essential in promoting student success! We need home folders to share classroom information!

My kids are amazing.

Our class is comprised of preschool students ages 3-5 with special needs. Their minds are constantly growing and early intervention allows us to give them a head start in learning. We teach skills in the following areas: fine motor, gross motor, school readiness, self-help skills and social/emotional skills. We provide intervention to students with mild to moderate disabilities. Everyday, we are committed to providing educational experiences that help our kids grow and make the transition to kindergarten a little bit easier. Our school is designated a Title 1 school, and we are in need of items to help enhance their learning.

My Project

I have requested sturdy home folders that will allow me to send information home about our classroom. These folders will be used to send daily notes, newsletters and art projects! I want my parents to know that their involvement is necessary and appreciated. Communication fosters student success and also keeps them in the loop of what s going on in our classroom!

Please know that I love my job, and I love my kids.

I want their first experience in the academic world to be enjoyable and exciting. I hope you consider donating to this cause. My pockets are empty and I am hoping others will be willing to give to our kids.
