Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students love to come to school everyday. My students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I try to provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.
They are as bright as the sun and eager beavers when it comes to learning new things.
They are also ready to read new books, write about their families, and play math games and build amazing things, with their friends.
I am always amazed at the light in their eyes and the spring in their step.
My Project
With these Chromebooks my students could access developmentally appropriate curriculum at their individual levels and do so on their own. Independence is a vitally important skill for my students to learn and Chromebooks are engaging enough to allow for the opportunity for my students to practice independence while also continuing to work on vitally important academic skills while learning new skills through the use of technology.
Chromebooks would grant us access for them to work on their individual goals at their own pace.
Two additional Chromebooks would change not only what we are able to do, but how we do it.
