We Need Alexa for Our Studio

My Students

My students are creative and tech-savvy. We are producing a weekly video program that airs to the entire school as well as the community of Dartmouth, MA.

Our program highlights other programs within the school.

My students are eager to help provide positive messages to the student body.

My students film and interview various classes and programs that are positive for young people. My students are very motivated to produce quality programming. This is a real-world experience that will make them career ready.

My Project

Students would like to better control all our new studio lighting and other set materials.

With Alexa, the students will be able to turn on and off all set pieces, such as TVs and colored lighting.

Furthermore, they will be able to incorporate Alexa into our control room to use music and other control items within the production of our programs.

Currently, we have an old dimming platform that is hard to control and turn lights on and off. With Alexa, students will easily be able to control the lights they want when they want it. It will streamline our whole process!
