My Students

My students deserve the world. They work hard, play hard, and love hard. A majority of my students come to school with a lot of weight on their shoulders. I work hard to create a relaxing environment where learning comes naturally.

These children love coming to school everyday and I want them to have the best tools to be able to learn while having fun!

At school, it is my job to capture their focus and show them how meaningful and fun learning can be.

My Project

My students are incredibly innovative. They are extremely in touch with the digital world. As much as they use technology, I also like them to do hands-on activities. The Osmos allow students to be digital yet also hands on.

Osmos are a great way to connect their digital desires to real world experiences and academics.

The Osmo base is what the iPad sits in. There is also a mirror piece that sets on the iPad's camera. This allows the Osmo to see what the student is doing with the accessories. The games (like the pizza one) allows the students to make a pizza with the pieces and also make change for the customers. Osmos are a great way of incorporating STEM into the classroom.
