We Jester Gonna Love Shakespeare

My students need 10-14 copies of several "Shakespeare Can Be Fun" books for children, including adaptations of Hamlet and Romeo and Juliet.

I teach at a very small, rural school in South Carolina. My school is a title 1, high poverty school. I teach the gifted and talented students in grades 3-5.

Once you read my student's situation, you will realize that this is not "Much Ado About Nothing", but instead, you will be impelled to "Joust" take action! You see, I have decided to tackle the subject of Shakespeare with my young learners this year, but we need Shakespeare in kid friendly terms.

Here is what we need! We need classroom sets of the "Shakespeare Can Be Fun" series of books. Yes, it is time my young learners used their brilliant minds to learn from the greatest writer of all times . . . Mr. William Shakespeare. They will tackle "Hamlet", "Romeo and Juliet", "Much Ado About Nothing" and "A Midsummer Night's Dream". The students will not only gain a love of Shakespeare, but they will learn how to better their writer's craft and even create plays like the late great Shakespeare!

So, my fair donor/donors, please consider supporting my students by funding our Shakespeare project. You will make it possible for my students to find a love for Shakespeare at such a young age. We will even have a "Shakespeare Festival" and put on a Shakespearean play! Thank you so much, and ADIEU for now!
