My Students

Criss-cross, Applesauce, Hands in your lap! Pre-K students spend a lot of their day sitting and working on the floor.

My Pre-K students attend school in a high needs school.

They are wiggly people who spend a great deal of time on the floor playing, working, and learning. They need a new, clean rug that will give them a colorful and safe place to explore on the floor!

My Project

The rug that I am requesting for my classroom will cover a large area of the floor in the block area. This will give the children plenty of room for building, driving cars, or reading books about building and driving cars. This area is also where we have large group activities such as circle time and story time. The great thing about this rug is everyone will be able to have their own special place to sit...with lots of elbow room!

Your support of this project is needed because the cost of a high-quality rug of this size is more than my classroom budget can handle.

You will be helping to provide a clean, safe, roomy space where my children can learn.
