My Students

Our school is so big that we have two music teachers. However, we only have one set of Contra Bass Bars. This means we have to shuttle them between classrooms whenever they are needed. We would love to have one set in each music room.

The students at our school come from all walks of life.

Music is a place where students at every level are able to come and be successful. We teach our students that music is a safe place to be creative. We work together as a family to create something bigger than all of us. Our students look forward to music class each week.

My Project

With the purchase of an "F" Sub Contra Bass bar we are that much closer to our goal of having one set of bass bars in each music classroom. With a set of bars in each classroom, we will be able to plan instrument activities for the students without having to worry if we have all the instruments necessary. Also, students will have more opportunities to play the bass bar parts...ALL students want to play those parts because they are so fun!

Our school services over 600 students.

All musical instruments purchased at our school are used by ALL students. By donating this bass bar to our school, you will be giving students more opportunities to play that "special part." Everyone always wants to play the bass bar part. Right now, the bass bars aren't always available. Wouldn't it be great to have them whenever we need them? I can't wait to see the smiles on my kids' faces when it's their turn to play the "Big Daddy Bass"!
