My Students

My students are eager to learn! Everyday my students come to school and are giving it their best. They are funny, quirky, kind, and make me smile everyday!

They try very hard but Covid-19 has put many of them at a disadvantage.

My students persevere through the challenges that keep coming at them and it makes me so proud! Academically, socially, and emotionally, many are still at a Kindergarten or Pre-K level. I want to do everything I can to help them!

My Project

These resources will give my students a more hands on approach to their learning and will keep in mind different learning styles. These materials can enrich and solidify some of their basic building blocks in both reading and math. I am hoping that the math resources can help some of my struggling students with number sense. This should help move some of the students from concrete to abstract. It will also build peer relationships and self confidence as they are working hard to be successful academically and emotionally. We've got this!
