My Students

My classroom will consist of K-2 special education students. They have a variety of disabilities, but that never holds them back from giving their best effort each and every day. They are brilliant, creative, loving, and supportive of one another.

My students will be shown that they are capable of doing anything they put their mind to if they work at it.

Some struggles that need to be worked on with my students are fine motor skills, communication skills, and enhancing their abilities to be closer to grade level.

My Project

Most of my students are from low-income families, which means their access to more advanced tools is limited. I want to be able to give them tools that nobody else has been able to provide for them. My students are very special and unique to this world.

Giving them access to technology will allow them to explore different apps that will help their fluency in reading and their skills in math.

My students fluctuate in all different kinds of levels which means I need to do stations/groups. I would love to add a technology station to their groups.
