Help me give my students access to lab materials. With the current climate, Science education looks very different. With the grant, extra materials will be purchased for student use.
My students come from diverse backgrounds. Each and every child has different needs. It is my number one priority to make sure their needs are met. One of the ways I can differentiate my instruction is implementing for hands-on activities and project-based learning.
As a science educator, I understand the importance of STEM and the many learning opportunities it creates for students of all backgrounds.
This project will allow my students to work collaboratively using lab materials. Lastly, it will give students the opportunity to utilize technology in the classroom.
My Project
The grant will be used to two ways. The materials will be used to teach hands-on lessons in the classroom. As of right now, I do not have enough lab materials for students to use. The extra materials will allow each student the opportunity to perform labs and activities.
Unfortunately, there are students working at home that do not have the same opportunity.
