We Are Missing Something

My Project

I refer to my students as Diamonds. They are all bright and shiny but each is different and unique in their own special way. My classroom is made up of students of a multitude of different ethnicities, including African American, Hispanic, Caucasian, and Asian American. They all come from a low socio-economic background. Most of my Diamonds live with grandparents, other family members and some are homeless and transient.

Despite the struggles and adversities my students are going through, they always show up to school with smiles on their faces.

They love school and are always ready to learn.

My amazing Diamonds are missing something! They need some fun and engaging games or activities for our ELA centers. The sentence building puzzles, the CVC puzzles and dry erase decoding, and slide cards will definitely be a hit.
