My students are superheroes! They come from all walks of life and even though we all live in the same community, everyone has their own story to tell and their own life experiences to build on. They are always eager to learn and never back down from a challenge. They are a group of motivated individuals with the pride equivalent to a mighty lion in his jungle! They are an inspiration to any and everyone who has the opportunity to teach them.
This school has proven to pose another set of challenges on top of this ongoing pandemic. We began this semester virtually with hopes of returning to school when deemed safe by our district. It has been an exciting learning experience for both students and educators and now the day is faster approaching for our scholars who chose to return to school to come back.
I am requesting basic classroom necessities to aide in taking safe and precautionary measures to ensure the health and well being of our scholars.
I chose this classroom bundle because it supplies a classroom set of scissors, glue sticks, crayons, etc. basically everything we need from day 1 and throughout the rest of the school year. Most importantly, the classroom caddies, will allow each child to have their own set of supplies readily available to them which will eliminate sharing and the passing of germs while in the classroom and making it easy to deliver supplies home to our virtual students. The plastic covers in the bundle will allow me to post important signage around the classroom for students to follow. All of these supplies and more would be of great abundance to my scholars and I.
