My students attend a 1A School located in rural East Texas.

We have 240 students who attend K-6th grade. We all strive to make sure our students have success every year. We are a very tech savvy school and that is why I would love to add the Nooks to my classroom!

My Project

I hope that by adding Nooks into my classroom will excite my students to read and to learn how to research! I will subscribe for different educational magazines to help my students research many different topics we will study. "Do not confine your students to your own learning, for they were born in another time" Chinese Proverb

The Nooks would benefit my students in many different ways....from my low learners to my visual learners.

I also believe they would help my students become interested in things that they may not be interested in! It is amazing what technology will do!
