This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are Fantastic! As September approaches, I take time to reflect on the new school year and all the new skills I am ready to teach my students. I look forward to seeing the smiles on my Kindergartner's faces when they walk into the big huge gymnasium for the first time, the joy and happiness from my former students when they realize they get to have PE class this year as part of their curriculum.

Servicing my students is very important because I teach them skills and activities that they can accomplish on their own.

They learn how to work on a team and with others cooperatively. The importance of sportsmanship and leadership is very important.

My Project

A Gaga court would benefit my students in introducing a new game that will help keep them physically active for a lifetime. It will help them learn how to play as a team and work cooperatively together. Our students do not have the financial resources to enjoy activities like Gaga.

A Gaga court would be beneficial for indoor and outdoor activities in our lower income population.

It is very difficult to educate children that are low income due to the fact they don't have the resources available to participate properly. This would definitely help my students become successful and healthy.
