My students need another HP Chromebook and a Google Chrome Management License to use for educational purposes.

"Television didn't transform education. Neither will the Internet, but it will be another tool for teachers to use in their effort to reach students in the classroom. It will also be a means by which students learn outside the classroom.” – John Palfre
My fourth graders are amazing students.
They love to learn and play educational games in the classroom. Many of them only have access to computers, tablets, and/or iPads at school. When they are able to use these devices at school for educational purposes, they make great progress.
Our school implemented Study Island last school year. This program helps students master grade level standards in a fun and educational way. Study Island has been a great tool for my students. They are very engaged with the educational games. Teachers are able to monitor the progress of each student which allows the teacher to adjust assignments for their students.
Having another Chromebook to go along with the ones we already have will allow any new students that join our class an opportunity to complete assignments via Study Island at the same time as some others.
Your donation to this project will allow us to have a Chromebook available for a student to log onto Study Island while I am working with small guided reading groups.
