My Students

I teach kindergarten students that come from a diverse background. I work in a magnet school so my students come from urban and suburban homes.

Although they are all coming from a variety of backgrounds, they all come to school eager to learn and explore all that they can together.

My goal, as their teacher, is to help them learn and grow as much as they can and to prepare them for the real world by teaching them the skills they will need to be successful students throughout their education.

My Project

My kindergarten students love to read and we are lucky to have so many books in our classroom. We just need the proper furniture to hold all of our books.

The childcraft mobile book center is the perfect place for us to store all of our wonderful books.

It is the perfect height for kindergarten students to be able to easily self select books that they would like to read. By adding the mobile book center to our classroom library we will have a well organized and inviting space for my students to read and enjoy reading. I want to instill a love of reading in my students.
